Join the ASAMW FrontRunners for a meaningful discussion between general contractor and subcontractor panelists, as we discuss effective ways to communicate on a construction project.  While profit sustains a company in the near term, it is relationships that offer long-term profit potential.   Each of us have expectations, challenges, and stresses that factor into our decisions and actions.  This event will delve into how we can manage conflict by communicating and understanding the factors that influence our decisions.  We may discover that while we share the same goals, but we may not always recognize the needs of the other stakeholders.  Once we openly communicate we can better understand each other, so that we will either prevent and/or quickly resolve future conflict.
